3D movies really take a long time to do. The environments have to be drawn to scale, depending on how realistic the movie is. The viewers will have to wear special glasses when they're going to watch those movies. Whoever thought of recycling the 3D glasses people use to watch these movies has partly saved the Earth, and the pockets of those who maintain the theaters. Don't you agree?

I’m hoping that we’ll end up with a slew of prototyped ideas and a bunch of happy people. I’m sure there’ll be a lot more hard work until we can turn those embryonic proofs of concept into living

Cool post! I think it is important for movie theaters to do their part. I can't even imagine how much plastic and paper would go to waste if they did not. Great information about recycling! Recycling information like this should be more readily available, thank you for the informative post! I am bookmarking this right now. :)

Actually, yes. National Amusements has a regular pick-up. They do bring the glasses back to be sanitized. It's a health safety issue and a requirement. Thanks for your comment!

Great idea on the recycling. Here in the PI, movie houses also recycle those 3d glasses and use them for another 3d movie. My only concern is the sanitation. I hope they keep them clean after a movie goer cleans them.

Great article. I am so happy that theaters are doing their part for the enviornment and giving people the resources to help the enviornment as well. Recycling is the first step to a cleanier tomorrow.
