« How Many Lightbulbs Does It Take to Change a Man? | Main | Speaking of Green Lecture Series »

April 26, 2009

We must gather together to exchange words and ideas, to look each other in the eye, to listen and to share. We must share our depth of experience as we examine the problems together and search for solutions, and hold each other up when the gravity of our planet's peril pierces through the denial.

In this way, we find the messengers and those who "get" it so we can move beyond fear into thoughtful, balanced action that will lead to another--or the same result--but at least we are not alone.

I can't wait for the buzz of Wednesday night.

I'd love to be notified in the future if anyone bent on the subject of the environment comes to town again. This lecture sounds like it was one not to be missed. The message isn't catching on as has been my personal experience at home.
