I have not had any trouble with these bulbs either, however, I have heard some of the complaints above. This article is very informative and I will pass it along to them.

CFL lightbulbs seem a great way to go I personally have had no problems with them not working. The bigger issue for me is the recycling of them. I decided to be happy to bring them to a center as needed, then my next issue was finding them for dimmable lights, which are all over my house. After asking around, I finally found a place, and now I am set! They are great!! AND right in San Francisco. They come in both 75W a and 100W equivalent.
